“Gemma has recently booked both of my holidays for next year, one of which is a group holiday with people flying on different dates for different durations. Gemma has been really helpful and patient at every stage, from initial research into locations and hotels to endless quotes for various different dates & times. Ive found Gemma to be thorough and clear throughout the whole process and has saved me days of research, all with a smile. I can highly recommend Gemma.”

“Wow! I cannot recommend Gemma at Designer Travel highly enough! We don't usually book holidays through a travel agent but we wanted to give it a try as we have 2 small children and wanted extra help. Gemma's communication was excellent – very fast response time and always so thorough and organised. She always thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble (even when we kept changing our location and dates!). She paid particular attention to helping us find a holiday that would be perfect for our 3 year old and baby, but also making sure it’d feel luxurious and stress-free for us. Thank you so much Gemma – we can’t wait to get started on planning our next holiday!”
